Living for Myself!

Anxiety taught me to scan every horizon to brace for what might go wrong before it even arrived. But over time, I’ve started to see that peace doesn’t come from prediction. It comes from presence.
Living for myself has meant learning to pause. To sit with the discomfort instead of rushing past it. To breathe when the swirl begins and remind myself: I don’t have to fix everything right now.
Trusting myself and the universe isn’t about control. It’s about allowing. Letting go of the outcome, the timeline, even the plan. Just showing up to the moment, fully, kindly, and as I am.
That’s where I’m learning to live now. Not in the what if, but in the what is.
“I am allowed to slow down. I trust myself to navigate this moment, and I trust the universe to carry the rest.”
